2. Current operating state
The public shop is in a controlled preview. Orders, payments, public customer accounts, WooCommerce email and the transfer of orders to Printful are currently locked. Before release, this notice will be updated to identify the payment, shipping, email and fulfillment services that are actually enabled.
3. Website access, security and server logs
When the site is accessed, the server necessarily processes data including IP address, date and time, requested resource, referrer, browser and operating-system identifier, transferred volume and HTTP status. This supports secure and reliable delivery, diagnosis and abuse prevention. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR; the legitimate interests are secure and stable operation.
The server configuration rotates individual log files by volume at 10 MB and keeps no more than ten rotated files, so the actual period depends on traffic. Data connected with a security or evidentiary incident may be retained until it is resolved.
4. Necessary cookies and language
The language choice is stored for one year in the necessary first-party cookie so_language (Secure on HTTPS, HttpOnly, SameSite=Lax). Language does not determine destination. WordPress login cookies are used only for authorised administrators. WooCommerce may set session and cart cookies when the corresponding shop functions are used after release.
These operations are necessary for the expressly requested language, secure login or cart function (section 25(2)(2) TDDDG). The preview has no optional analytics, advertising or retargeting service and no external font CDN.
5. Contact
There is no contact form. The email link opens the email program configured on your device. If you write to us, we process the sender address, content and technical delivery data to answer the request. The basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for contractual or pre-contractual matters and otherwise Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, based on our legitimate interest in responding. Data is deleted after the request is concluded unless a legal duty or necessary evidence requires longer retention.
6. WordPress, languages, WooCommerce and Printful
WordPress delivers the site; WP Multilang manages the chosen language and multilingual content. WooCommerce and Germanized are installed for later catalogue and shop functions. The official Printful plugin is installed but is not connected through OAuth. The current public preview therefore sends no customer, payment or order data to Printful or any payment provider.
7. Recipients, backups and international transfers
Technical hosting and administration providers receive data only where necessary for operation and security and where a data-protection agreement or other legal basis applies. Protected backups and administrative security logs may be processed for recovery and abuse prevention. No third-country transfer is currently intended in the public preview. Before enabling a service involving such a transfer, this notice will identify the recipient and safeguards.
8. Rights and complaints
Where the legal conditions apply, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction and portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests and withdraw consent at any time for the future. You may also complain to a supervisory authority, in particular the State Commissioner for Data Protection of Lower Saxony, Prinzenstraße 5, 30159 Hannover, Germany, www.lfd.niedersachsen.de. There is no solely automated decision with legal or similarly significant effect and no profiling.
